Girls Cross Country Team Runner-up at Neligh

It was a beautiful day to run at the Neligh fairgrounds on Monday, September 14, 2009. The Girls team brought home the runner-up trophy after placing four individuals. Placing for the girls were, Jill-1st, Karlene-8th, Jenni-11th, and Becci-15th. Other runners for the girls were Anna who came in 16th, and Becky Stevens who recieved 22nd. The boys had quite the competition at this meet. Austin came in 2nd to a Lutheran High Northeast runner. Josh also ran and came in 22nd. Junior high also competed at this meet. Our runners for Jr. High blew the competition away. Alison Morrill came in 1st, Jocelyn Sukup-2nd, Randy Volquardsen-3rd, and Kristina Stevens-4th. Altogether, it was a very successful day for the Creighton Cross Country team!
