Bulldogs Take down #1 Randolph
to advance to the NENAC Championship

On Tuesday night, the Creighton Bulldogs traveled down to Neligh to take on the Randolph Cardinals. After falling to a 7-12 deficit after the first quarter the Bulldogs did not give up. They came back and outscored Randolph 10-5 in the second quarter to take in a tie game at half time with the score being 17-17. After that, the Bulldogs never did get behind again. The outscored Randolph 10-5 once again in the 3rd quarter for a score of 27-22 going into the 4th quarter. In the 4th quarter, the Bulldogs held on and made their free throws and outscored the Cardinals 11-8 to give a final score of 38-30.
Leading scorers for Creighton were Klay Fuchtman with 15 and Derek Dohmen with 10. As a team, the Bulldogs out rebounded the Cardinals 27-22.
